Beginning in the 2018 crop year, AFSC Perennial Crop Insurance
programs will no longer include Spring Soil Moisture coverage options.
Reduced options will be available for hay and pasture programs,
allowing for a simplified coverage selection.
Hay and pasture insurance price options have been simplified to reflect
predominant offerings and participation rates.
